Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer any refunds on purchased products which have been used or opened.

 

We operate a 30-day returns policy for items which are unopened, unused, and in their original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We recommend that returns are sent to us via recorded delivery. Please note that MEFIYE accepts no liability for returned items lost in transit.

 

In the event that your order arrives materially damaged in any way (such that it is not possible for it to be used in any way), please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@mefiyelondon.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
